bees of CASSHEENA

Like a garment born from a precise gesture, from a vision, our honey is a form of essential beauty.

Among wildflowers and ailanthus trees, the bees of CASSHEENA work in silence, creating something raw, unfiltered, and pure—like fabric before the cut. The ailanthus honey is bold, almost exotic; the wildflower variety is softer, ever- changing, like a collection that shifts with the season.

We imagine it as an invisible accessory—something to taste rather than wear. A detail that lingers, like perfume on skin.

CASSHEENA

At CASSHEENA, the land grows like fabric—layered, textured, full of life.

Our vegetable garden is lush, generous, and ever-changing, shaped by time and care rather than trend. Zucchini and cucumbers climb between rows of kale and tender lettuce; eggplants glow like ink in the sun, while tomatoes ripen slowly beside blackberries tangled in green. Every harvest is a palette of flavors and colors—imperfect, vibrant, alive.

This is our way of cultivating not just food, but a language of care, patience, and quiet beauty.

CASSHEENA

There’s no farm without its people—and ours are unforgettable.

You’ll find them in the garden at sunrise, arguing over the right way to pick a zucchini, or sitting under a fig tree sharing memories that may or may not be true. They’re experts in everything and nothing: they know when to water just by looking at the sky, and somehow always arrive when the berries are perfectly ripe. Some have been here forever, others just appeared one day and never left. Together, they shape the rhythm of this place—not with efficiency, but with warmth, stubbornness, and style.

They are CASSHEENA. They just don’t know it yet.
